General description:

    WQAS(D)  heavy duty submersible grinds solids into small pieces so that they can be alway throught pipes of a relatively small diameter.

WQAS(D) impeller is equipped with an open impeller.

Characteristics:

1.Watertight cable connection.

   The hermetically sealed polyurethane-filled,stainless steel cable plug connection ensures that no liquid will penetrate through the cable into the motor.

2.Short motor shaft.

  Compact construction with short shaft outside bearings ensures less stress on bearing and consequently,long lifetime.

3.Cast iron flange and feet.

  Feet on the pump housing provide protection of the grinder system.Additional feet extensions can be fitted to ensure sufficient free suction and to prevent clogging or jaming.DN40PN10 flange fits both DN40 & DN50 connections.

4.Stainless steel clamp.

  Unique clamp system enables quick and easy dismantling of pump and motor unit.No tools required.Enables 180.rotation or motor housing

5.Specially designed lifting handle.

  Ensure correct lifting regardless of installation or motor positioning.

6.Motor protection.

  Built in thermal switches in the motor windings provide protection against overheating.Ensure long time.

7.New,efficient grinder system.

  Patented grinder system ensures extremely high efficiency and reliable operation.Quick and easy dismantling for replacements of wear parts.No special tools required.

8.Smart  trim impeller adjustment.

  Patented smart trim system enables quick and easy impeller clearance adjusment in order to maintain peak performance.Can be done without dismantling the pump.No special tools are required.
